Job Description:

As an agency SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working in a vibrant and supportive SEN school located in Witham, Essex. The primary focus of this role is to provide dedicated support to students with severe learning difficulties, fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with severe learning difficulties.Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the class teacher.Support students in their academic and social development, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning experience.Collaborate with the teaching staff and other professionals to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.Foster positive relationships with students, promoting independence and self-esteem.Contribute to the overall well-being and development of students with Special Educational Needs.Requirements:

Experience working with students with severe learning difficulties in a SEN school setting.Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and the ability to assist in their implementation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.Benefits:
