Career Teachers are supporting a specialist school based in Arley, Nuneaton with their temporary and permanent recruitment and are therefore seeking an experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant who wishes to join an independent provision.
This role is working 39 weeks per year plus 6 weeks holiday to be taken during school closure periods.
The school caters for children and young people between the ages of 7 to 18 and all pupils may have social emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), moderate learning difficulties (MLD), autism (ASC), Asperger's and other communication and sensory difficulties.
The Headteacher is ideally seeking someone who has experience of working with children who have ASC/SEMH needs and has a passion for supporting young people to learn and develop but more importantly, someone who wants to make a difference to the lives and education of our children and young people.
