The Specialist Mortgage Advisor
As the specialist Mortgage Advisor for the company, you will be responsible for assessing clients’ requirements in depth and provide tailored advice and support to secure the best financial solution to meet their needs.
There will be a range of Specialist Mortgage cases for you to work on, these can include regulated bridging, development finance, commercial mortgages, portfolio buy to let and auction finance.
The company has vast network of introducers to provide a stream of high-quality leads into the business, and administrative support from sign up to completion, allowing you more time for focus on the quality of service you provide to your clients.
It would be desirable for you to have a varied knowledge of specialist finance; however, it is not essential.
An in-depth knowledge and experience as a Mortgage Broker with a passion and understanding of specialist property finance will be welcomed, the company will provide training and support to those that are willing to put in the energy and enthusiasm to become a Specialist Mortgage Advisor.
The Specialist Mortgage Advisor Package

• Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
• Basic Salary: £30k - £35k + Commission
• OTE £70k+
• All leads provided
• Administrative support post sign up
• 22 days holidays per year + bank holidays
• Flexible hours considered

Specialist Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience

• Experience as a Specialist Mortgage broker
• CeMap qualified
• Experience in regulated Bridging, Development, Commercial and buy to let (desirable)
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationship with clients
• Honest and genuine member of the team
• Attentive customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
