SalarySpecification Manager / Technical Sales Manager required with experience of working with architects, specifiers and designers within the construction industry. The Specification Manager will be aiming to secure new opportunities through specification & will work closely with Bid teams Business Development Managers. A proven design background within the construction product industry in required.
The successful Specification Manager will be living within the Northern territory as this will be the territory covered. As a Specification Manager you will have a good understanding of the A&D community and the language used.
Specification Sales Manager Position Overview
- Secure new opportunities through a range of channels including CPDs.
- Produce specifications for the company's products
- Provide technical support to architects/contractors in the design phase
- Maintain close communication with other Sales / Project Managers
- Cover the Northern territory (Sheffield up to the Scottish border)
Specification Sales Manager Position Requirements
- Experience in dealing with architects in the target area, in particular on matters relating to design and specification.
- Understanding of glass and metal, and product knowledge (or similar products).
- Technical background with a natural ability to deal with technical issues.
- Understanding of building regulations, design methods and the language used.
- Full driving licence
Specification Sales Manager Position Remuneration
- Salary £55.000 - £65,000 (dependant on experience)
- Car Allowance / Company Car
