- Proven track record in successfully selling through specifications via competitive tenders.
- Lighting Specification experience is desirable
- Expertise in winning large tender bids across various sectors.
- Experience in leading and managing multi-site project rollouts.
- Lighting industry knowledge, competition, product specifications, and industry trends.
Skills:
- Master the art of promoting our products and systems, emphasizing their features and benefits for different customer types.
- Set and achieve high-level objectives to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Manage key customers to meet their unique expectations and boost sales.
- Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential customers.
