• Proven track record in successfully selling through specifications via competitive tenders.
• Lighting Specification experience is desirable
• Expertise in winning large tender bids across various sectors.
• Experience in leading and managing multi-site project rollouts.
• Lighting industry knowledge, competition, product specifications, and industry trends.

• Master the art of promoting our products and systems, emphasizing their features and benefits for different customer types.
• Set and achieve high-level objectives to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Manage key customers to meet their unique expectations and boost sales.
