Area to be covered: focus on London & South East however can / will have to go after projects nationally

Initially would like you office based in London when not out on the road visiting customer however long term can be a fully remote position

Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 + bonus tbc

Benefits: £500-£600 car allowance & benefits package
The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Interiors Building Products will involve:

• Field sales position, selling a large manufactured and distributed range of tiles and associated products such as; tiles, washrooms, wall panels, tile adhesives, grouts, sealants, tile trims, tile waterproofing, tile backing etc
• All of your time will be spent generating Specification Sales with architects, interior designers, housebuilders, developers and contractors
• Target will be KPI driven initially until specs start coming through
• Working with average order values between £2k-£100k+
• Will be required to generate new business relationship
• Fantastic internal sales support

The ideal applicant will be Specification Sales Manager - Interiors Building Products with:

• Must have Specification Sales experience in the interiors market sector
• Ideally from the KBB industry however open to all Interior Building product backgrounds
• Ideally have contacts with architects & interior designers (A&D), developers and housebuilders
• Strong planning and presenting skills
• Excellent price objection handling skills
• Go getter with roll sleeves up mentality
