I am recruiting for a brand-new Specification Technologist vacancy; this one has come about through vast recent growth in this Food Manufacturers customer base!
Any Technical Coordinator/Specification Technologist should be interested in this one - my client are big on internal progression and their current specification team structure would allow for growth in time.
This role involves maintaining up to date technical information on products and suppliers; assessing new potential supplier synergy with the company purchasing policy, maintaining a constant up-to-date technical information on products and suppliers; managing approved supplier lists, specification maintenance and ensuring up to date contact information; assessing potential product specifications with reference to CPP and "Free From" definitions; ensuring product labels always conform to current legislation and much more!
The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Technologist experience within Food
• A Wholesale/Importing background.
• Ability to work within a team
