Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Speech and Language Therapists to join our dynamic team. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication disorders, speech delays, and swallowing difficulties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing function
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals
• Providing evidence-based interventions to improve communication skills, articulation, language comprehension, and fluency
• Collaborating with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Offering support and education to clients and their families on communication strategies and techniques
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate clinical records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent.
• CORU registration as a Speech and Language Therapist (or eligibility for registration)
• Relevant clinical experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations - 2 years desirable.
• Knowledge of a variety of assessment and therapy techniques for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
