About the Role Working within the small Student Funding Team, you will assist with the Student Loans Company and Sponsor data management, assisting with the invoicing to ensure the accounts are up to date and accurate. You will provide assurance to the Student Funding Team Leader that management of the ledger is accurate and complete, and reporting has been processed in accordance with the agreed timetable and/or contract terms. You will review the sponsor and student loans company ledger and manage the administration and reporting, which will ensure income is received in a timely manner. In addition, you will resolve queries and payment issues, whilst being proactive and identifying students that that are eligible for funding and sharing information with them on how to apply. You will also assist at Student Open Day events, advising potential students and parents of the Student Finance loan and available packages. About You You will be an excellent communicator and be able to build strong client relationships whilst upholding exceptional standards. You will be an effective part of our team and will always pay clear attention to detail. Having exceptional organisational skills, you will be highly proactive in managing workloads and resolving queries. Flexibility, showing initiative, and a positive, customer-oriented mindset are essential, as are excellent time management, and collaboration skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Finance. Your commitment to high performance, discretion, and maintaining professional conduct will contribute significantly to our operational success. Additional Information This role does involve some weekend working to assist with Student Open days, applicant visit days and student registrations.
