We are opening a second clinic in Bounee and looking for someone to lead our work in this clinic.

Outstanding therapist needed to take on current client caseload as well as manage new clients who join us.

You will also be required to work in our Spalding Clinic on an ad hoc basis.

You are joining a team of two already established therapists with a growing list of clients. Established in 2019 we have over 700 clients on our books.

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK AT LEAST 3 SATURDAYS PER MONTH (our busiest day).

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK AT LEAST 2 SUNDAYS PER MONTH (our second busiest day)

All shifts at Bourne Clinic currently available.

2-3 shifts at Spalding Clinic also available.

Experience suggests that this type of work is ideal alongside another part-time job that isn’t so hand-intensive. However in the past we have had therapists work full time and make a rewarding career with us.

Attractive commission rate paid for therapist willing to work hard and engage positively with clients. Ability to gain trust with and repeat bookings from clients essential.

We provide room, clients, parking, reception service, client massagement, record keeping, oils, towels, paper, music. You just turn up, work, take payment and rebook.

You MUST be qualified to Level 3 Sports Massage as a minimum.
You SHOULD be competent to complete a full body/Swedish massage routine, however this can be taught if needbe.

We encourage each therapist to work within their school of training BUT you will be tested on both your practical skills and Anatomy & Physiology knowledge at interview.

80% of our work requires an element of repair/restoration of the client. This is NOT a simple spa massage position. We work an integrated therapy model but the A&P knowledge is essential.

Other massage experience/qualifications helpful but not essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Salary: £50.00-£225.00 per day

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
