Sefton’s leading care provider, New Directions, is now recruiting an Contract Administrator in our Chase Heys service in Southport. We currently employ around 350 staff across the business who pride themselves on delivering high quality social care and support to vulnerable groups within the Sefton area.
Chase Heys in Southport offers bed based assessment and Intermediate Care Service supporting discharges from Southport and Formby District General Hospital.
They are located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in leafy surroundings in Churchtown, just north of the town centre. The service is a purpose-built 28-bed unit.
The successful candidate will provide a range of administrative and IT functions to support the
operations at Chase Heys. You will be responsible for the collating and monitoring of data in line with occupancy and discharge. You will be required to manage incoming calls, ensuring these are effectively communicated to the relevant parties and also to provide an efficient reception service.
Experience of working in an office environment, carrying out a wide range of administrative and IT functions is essential. A Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable.
A Standard DBS Check is required for this post.
