SalaryMy client is a leading London market insurer who are seeking a Senior Conduct Risk Officer to focus on their European regulatory obligations.
Job Role:
- You will be the Conduct Risk SME for the European entity
- European Insurance Distribution framework, product governance, Conduct Risk, and complaints.
- Produce Conduct Management Information for the Product Governance & Distribution Committee and various committees.
- Oversee & produce the annual review of Product Risk Assessments.
- Maintenance & Update of all policies, procedures & processes
- Support for Regulatory Risk Assessments, Regulatory returns etc.
- 1 direct report,
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Conduct Risk role within Insurance – must have
- European Regulatory experience - including Luxembourg IDD
- Language skills are helpful – French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
- Good awareness of European and London market, maybe Lloyd’s market - desirable.
