This position involves working as part of XS CAD's dedicated Training & Recruitment Division, which is focused on creating skills for the new-age sector of pre-construction and virtual construction technologies.
The job profile involves following roles and responsibilities:
- Understand job profiles and critical requirements of in-house and external clients
- Plan the sourcing of required resources using job portals, walk-in interviews, advertisements, employee referrals, institutes, consultants, etc.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, sourcing and attracting top talent in the engineering and construction industry
- Conduct interviews and assessments, managing the full recruitment cycle
- Collaborate with hiring managers and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Prepare job descriptions, conduct interviews, evaluate job candidates until selection with regular follow-up until they join
- Maintain a database and various interviews records
- Build applicant sources/strong network to hire candidates in larger numbers
Experience
3+ years in recruitment activities
Qualifications
MBA / PGDHR with relevant work experience / Diploma in HR Management with relevant work experience
Compensation
Compensation for this post will be in line with qualifications and experience. It will not be a constraint for the right team member.
