As part of the Ad Tech group in the decision sciences team, the Sr. Mgr, Ad Tech is integral in ensuring that our first-party data and models can be effectively leveraged in outbound media platforms for optimizing media campaigns. This person will manage a team of Sr. Analysts, and interact directly with client marketing teams to understand their business initiatives, needs and apply technical solutions to business challenges.
Outside of typical Ad Tech platforms (CDP, DSPs, ad servers, ESPs and social platforms), this person will also be heavily involved in identity solutions to bolster our addressable reach and mitigate impact of coming industry changes. This person should be collaborative, passionate about pushing tech to its limits and an independent self-starter who’s comfortable working in ambiguity to craft innovative solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Sr. Analysts in support of multiple global proposition Ad Tech stacks, ensuring end-user marketing team’s business needs are understood and supported.
- Ensure data pipelines into CDP and end-point ad platforms are accurate, consistent and address the real-world use cases of marketing teams.
- Manage a global backlog of requests, effectively communicate timelines and expectations and report statuses to internal leadership.
- Cultivate their team’s troubleshooting, analytical and strategic capabilities across propositions.
- Interact with proposition marketing teams to foster clear transparency, trust and communicate accurate expectations.
- Compile individual proposition roadmaps and technology needs into a centralized product roadmap.
- Be a subject matter expert on Ad Tech.
- Drive and manage organizational change related to adoption and implementation of products.
