Staff Facilitator (Seasonal Staff)

Grewar Farming are a progressive agricultural family business involved principally in the growing of fresh produce.

Due to increasing use of SAWS staff we require a suitable person to facilitate all aspects of the SAWS (Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme) including recruitment, onboarding, daily task posting and onsite welfare.

The successful candidate will be dynamic and highly motivated and able to adapt to different situations and challenges as they present themselves.

All levels of experience will be considered and the ultimate role, including terms and working hours can be tailored to suit the right employee.

This is a full time role

Based at East Ardler Farm Office, PH12 8SR
