This unique Registered Nurse position is in a brand-new home, commissioned by one of the UK’s leading care home providers. You will be joining a highly skilled and compassionate team that has your welfare and interests at heart.
If you were already in this Registered Nurse role, here are some areas you might have been working in this week:

• Liaising with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require
• Assessing and developing person-centred care plans
• Safely providing nursing care, including administering medication, dressings and management of residents’ medical conditions
• Building good relationships with residents and their families

We are looking for a qualified RGN with a valid NMC pin. You’ll also have prior nursing experience in a care home setting.
