We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic nurses for the band 5 Staff Nurse role. We are looking for motivated, innovative nurses with clinical knowledge & skills, excellent communication skills who are able to demonstrate suitability and experience for the position. You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic and passionate about emergency care. - To be a safe and effective practitioner able to provide high quality nursing care to patients and support to relatives.
- To work with support, within a multi-disciplinary team to provide continuing care to a specified group of patients from admission to discharge.
- To supervise and teach junior members of staff and learners as appropriate.
- To maintain own personal development with support.
