SalaryExcel Recruitment is currently recruiting for a prestigious care home on a permanent part-time basis, based in Lisburn/ Belfast with a salary of £25,048 per year.
Our client is part of a group of care homes requiring a Staff Nurse to join their friendly, caring and progressive nursing home.
Responsibilities:
With a full, detailed copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request,
- As a valued and respected member of the nursing team you will be responsible for delivering excellence in care in compliance with Company NMC, RQIA and HSCT requirements.
- Develop tailored care plans, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, relying on your professional judgement to make clinical decisions and provide professional support to staff.
Requirements:
- RGN/RMN Qualification NMC Registration
- 6 months experience in a similar role Nursing the Elderly in a Nursing Home Setting Management skills needed for a care team.
- Must have a good command of written and spoken English and a valid work permit.
- Ability to communicate and listen, ability to work cooperatively with other staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
