The Role:
As a Staff Nurse, you will manage care delivery, assessment, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality services in line with organisational standards. Complete Enhanced Access NI checks.
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive resident assessments and care planning.
- Execute care interventions and monitor effectiveness.
- Assume managerial duties in the absence of Nurse Manager or Senior Nurse.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Staff Nurse or in a similar role.
- Valid nursing qualification
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
