Here at Willing Care, we are seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD) for one of our very established clients.
About the Centre:
The centre accommodates 42 patients that require neurorehabilitation which may include complex physical rehabilitation and cognitive rehabilitation, the centre is also able to provide support to those who require respiratory and tracheostomy care. Through their person-centred and evidence-based approach to rehabilitation, the team aims to maximise independence and recovering whilst equipping people with the skills to return home.

The role of a Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD) within the centre involves:
- Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standard.
- Completing physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
- Creating individualised care plans for residents.
- Updating care plans daily.
- Safely administering and recording of medication.
- Liaising effectively with external suppliers and health care providers.
- Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.
- Ensuring effective rotas are in place.
- Use a person-centred approach to ensure every individuals needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RNLD) role:
- You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RNLD)
- Active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN
- Clear DBS.
