Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic and individualized nursing care to patients with complex Mental Health conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Foster a therapeutic and supportive environment for patients, promoting their overall well-being.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant nursing qualification
- Be registered with the NMC
- Have satisfactory references
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Mental Health Experience
