We are looking for a motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic Registered Nurses with excellent values to work in our team.
Our service provides an established inpatient service to adults who are on the autism spectrum, who have extremely complex needs and display challenging behaviours to the extent that their needs cannot be met by local assessment and treatment.
You must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, punctual and work well within a team, whilst being adaptable to changing situations. You will need to be able to work calmly and efficiently, whilst remaining focused on providing a person centred approach to care and treatment.
As part of the multi-disciplinary team you will provide high quality nursing care for the cohort of patients on the ward. You will contribute to the assessment, care planning, review and discharge process and ensure that patients are receiving high quality, evidence based care. You will contribute to the daily activity on the ward and have opportunity to be involved in multiple different care tasks.
You will have excellent learning and development opportunities and will be working with a supportive and dynamic team, who always strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients.
