About the role
We are looking to appoint a Staffing Administrator as the Department’s first point of contact for HR, focusing on providing advice on policies and proceduries, recruitment and selection, immigration, contract administration and operational aspects of the role. The post holder will support the delivery of a comprehensive and highly efficient HR and Staffing Service, supporting all staff members within the department. They will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and compliant work environment and will be a key member of the department's Professional Services Administrative team.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring staff members are well-versed in HR policies and procedures and providing invaluable guidance and support on various staffing matters.

About you
The successful post holder will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent experience in administration.
You will be a team player, with excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities. A keen understanding of the confidential nature of the work and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally is crucial.
You must exhibit outstanding administration skills and a proactive approach to providing comprehensive administrative support and be customer focused. You will need to be adept at developing, maintaining, and reviewing administrative and computerized systems.
