Our client is offering the chance for a candidate to take part in a Maintenance Administrator Apprenticeship. Full training provided for a future career with any estate agency. As they are a small company, you will gain experience in various departments, lending great exposure to an array of new skills.

Our client is a leading independent Estate Agent in the North London area. Their expertise and 50 years of combined experience allows them to provide a bespoke service to all their tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers.
The role:

Monday to Friday: Times to be agreed
Total working hours: 40
What you will do in your working day:
General administration dutiesAnswering phones for issuesSolving maintenance queriesRenewal AdminUploading properties on website and portalsWorking in project management/maintenance departmentMultitasking by arranging gas and electric certificates and inspections
The training you will receive:
Level 3 Business Administration qualificationAll training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes Functional skills in English & Mathematics, if requiredFull training in all departments
Prospects:
There will be a full-time position available on successful completion of the apprenticeship
