9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday-Friday, one Saturday per month
Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum
Our client provides accommodation, support, and guidance to individuals requiring temporary accommodation (TA). Managing over 3000 properties in London, the Midlands, and Home Counties, they seek a dynamic Property Maintenance Administrator to join the team, ensuring a professional and timely management of the portfolio.
Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm, a team player who understands the importance of collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Answer high volumes of phone calls efficiently, providing regular updates to tenants, landlords, and local authorities.
Prioritise requests based on issue severity and manage time effectively for prompt resolution.
Address tenant complaints, anti-social behaviour issues, and maintenance queries via face-to-face or phone interactions.
Update the computer database using CRM software, taking detailed notes.
Raise and book jobs, ensuring timely follow-ups with open or outstanding jobs.
Sign off invoices from contractors, sub-contractors, and in-house operatives.
Deal with local authorities, portfolio landlords, and potential landlords daily.
Utilise Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook efficiently.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong Customer Service skills.
Good interpersonal and listening skills.
Basic skills in assessing environmental safety.
Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Skills to manage difficult conversations or situations without compromising professionalism.
Clear DBS record.
