Job Description
JOB TITLE: Start of ContractDealer Management
SALARY: £28025k
LOCATION(S): Watford
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: For the first 6 months you will be in office for 5 days a week and then move to hybrid, which involves spending at least two - three days per week at the Watford office site.
About this Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for working within the Dealer Management Team assisting in all areas of the department, providing customer service excellence. The Dealer Management team is a highly visible area in the business, therefore dedication to consistent strong performance is key to meet (and strive to exceed) set order targets each month.

What you’ll need
  • Confirmation of customer quotes and supply of necessary paperwork within agreed timeframes
  • Updating customers on progress of quotes via email, or phone as required to ensure Cases are managed within agreed KPIs
  • Interpreting dealer responses to quote enquiries as well as building and maintaining mutual beneficial relationships, as well as monitoring dealers performance and ensuring they are meeting our agreed KPIs
  • Checking quotes/orders to ensure there are no discrepancies
  • Placement of all customer quotes with most competitive supplier
  • Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
And any experience of these would be really useful
  • Organisational skills with ability to plan, problem solve and prioritise with high attention to detail
  • Ability to think clearly in pressured and fast paced situations
  • Capability and willingness to take ownership of cases consistently
  • Enthusiasm to learn, be challenged and motivated to drive your development
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • A basic knowledge of motor brands and Leaselink procurement platform preferred but not essential
