Station Assistants Plymouth

Location: Plymouth train station
Pay rate: £12.00 per hour + £100 retention bonus.
Contract: The Rail replacement project runs from Tuesday 27th Feb - Sunday 10th March. i

We are looking at 2 candidates to cover the project (splitting the period of the 27th - 10th in half)
Times: 1000-1800

Must be able to commit to 6+ days across the 13 day period.
This project is helping with the rail replacement at .Plymouth train station There will be buses in place of the trains during Tuesday 27th Feb - Sunday 10th March. As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at Plymouth. Helping the public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care!
Full paid training will be given.

• Supporting customers needing assistance
• Ensuring the safety of the station environment
• Providing a friendly and personable service
• Luggage assistant for those who may need help
