Statistician Team Lead (Technical/Manufacturing)

Here at Peopleforce Recruitment, we are looking for a Statistician Lean working within a global and award-winning healthcare company; specifically situated within their manufacturing department. This role will be working on already released products, looking into the improvements and alterations to ensure current and growing improvement and efficiency.

For this role, you will be expected to:

• Work alongside different teams and departments on new machinery and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and thereafter capture these results on an internal system
• Analyse and review the outcomings of the data
• Introduce new structures and designs to help assist with the enhancement of the reliability of results and, therefore, products
• Work within in house trials outside of a clinical trial environment, within the manufacturing department essentially transferring products from R&D to the production lines
• Manage and mentor a small team of statisticians and management staff too

In order to be successful with your application, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Statistician, different environments will be considered too
• History with managing and training members of staff, students, etc
• Degree qualified in a relevant field
• SAS programming skills is advantageous but is not essential
