AddressRole Responsibility
As part of a team of four stylists you will share the responsibility of executing high-quality stills imagery across all business channels; Fashion, Beauty, Accessories, Kids-wear, Jewellery and Food.
Reporting into the Styling Editor you will style e-commerce products in a brand conscious, on-trend, commercial way adhering to timescales agreed – for still life shots.
- Understand the brand direction and translate this into visually engaging set ups in line with wider business objectives
- Execution of mannequin shots across daily fashion sets with a strong eye for detail Consistently suggesting areas for improvement, testing and helping implementation
- Continuously evaluate product representation and retail landscape to ensure the brand is the leader in online styling
- Capable of resolving issues when relevant and communicating workflow status and concerns with the studio manager.
- Work with the wider Fashion styling team to ensure the flow of product through the Photo Studio is optimized.
- Work on Creative shoots, as required. Full-time, 5 days a week, studio based.
The Ideal Candidate
- A strong portfolio of Stills styling for online across Fashion, Beauty and Accessories. Food would be beneficial
- Competent in working within a large team Experience with luxury brands essential Solid experience styling mannequins Hands-on role with a can-do attitude
- Must be able to carry goods and dress mannequins competently A team player who is just as capable to work independently Demonstrated experience with a wide range of Photographers Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to draw on a wide range of references that speak to the Selfridges tone of voice Accuracy and a strong eye for detail ensuring delivery of exceptional work
- Calm within busy environment. You are able to prioritise, are adaptive, with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Pro-active and able to demonstrate ideas to constantly improve the customer experience online
