Job Title: Parts Administrator

Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer parts enquiries
- Processing parts orders for UK and international customers
- Creating and maintaining shipping documents
- Despatching and tracking parts internationally
- Communicating with customers to update them on their orders
- Handling incoming calls, emails and online requests
The successful candidate will:
- Be highly experienced in administrative activities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Display extensive attention to detail with vast time management abilities
- Evidence self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised
