Location: Bristol, Gloucestershire

Salary: £32,654 - £36,283 per annum

Our team at Sellick Partnership Limited are actively assisting a large housing association based in Gloucestershire with the recruitment of a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis

Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor:

• Ensure target for Stock Condition Surveyor and energy performance certificates are achieved
• Provide technical advice and support to Stock Condition Surveyors in identifying HHSRS hazards
• Undertake comprehensive property surveys encompassing Stock Conditions and energy assessments
• Regularly review and update the survey forms for domestic and commercial buildings in line with best practice and changes to relevant standards
• Maintain accurate and reliable data to support asset management strategies and compliance requirements
• Carry out surveys to include Decent Homes Standard and Housing Health & Safety Rating Standard assessments

Essential experience of the Stock Condition Surveyor:

• Knowledge of requirements of decent homes and regulatory standards
• Knowledge and understanding of legislations relating to energy performance certificates within the social housing sector
• Previous experience working within social housing (preferred)
