Challenge-trg Recruitment wants to hear from you! We are currently looking to recruit Stock Controllers to work at our well known client's site, based in Pontyclun, CF72 8YT.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working at a forward thinking, world renowned company. This is a full time and ongoing contract.
Your pay rate and shifts as a full time Stock Controller:
- Hourly rate will be 11.78 per hour
- 8-hour shift 8am - 4pm Mon - Fri
Duties will include:
- Stock and Material Control
- Kitting up for Production, issuing stock against the production plan
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Ensuring the secure storage and issue of all stock controlled items
- Carry out PI (Perpetual Inventory) counts to prescribed procedures and schedules
- Partake in scheduled stock takes as required
- Receipt booking of incoming materials
- Organise and manage any required scrapping of stock from product trials
Skill and experience required:
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel). Must have the aptitude to understand and use ERP systems
- Knowledge of stock management in a manufacturing essential
