Are you ready to take charge of inventory data reliability within our SAP systems? We are seeking a Stock Controller to play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of our inventory data, a crucial element for the success of our planning and executional systems.
The Role
You'll be responsible for daily inventory reconciliation, ensuring accuracy for finished Product and packaging materials between SAP and 3PL WMS systems. Perform required SOX checks on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis to maintain data integrity.
Actively participate in the cycle count process and scrapping process at the 3PL location. Provide first-level support for SAP inventory control queries.
Offer support to the 3PL WMS Stock Controller for any interface or inventory data-related questions. Lead daily inventory reconciliation control and follow-up, ensuring all stock movements into and out of the DC are reconciled.
You will be the primary point of contact for the 3PL WMS Stock Controller regarding cycle counts, inventory reconciliation items, and, if needed, yearly stock counts.
Your performance will directly impact SAP inventory record accuracy, a vital factor in product availability, logistics accuracy, and our critical customer delivery reliability measure. Stay actively involved in SAP changes and process/flow adjustments that affect inventory recording in SAP or the 3PL WMS system.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in SAP ERP/EWM systems or equivalent WMS systems.
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel is essential, along with excellent communication skills (written and oral).
You will have the ability to collaborate effectively with operational shift teams and external service providers
