Our client is looking for a Stock Control Coordinator to join their friendly and extremely busy team.
Main purpose of the role;
- Responsible to ensure the integrity of the physical stock as well as the stock records
- Review, improve and implement new processes to ensure there are adequate controls in place to maintain stock accuracy
- Coordinate with other departments to make sure processes are followed and followed through to the end
- Undertake regular system checks to monitor and take corrective action where required.
- Work closely with warehouse to ensure stock is being physically checked on a regular basis and best practice is being followed
- Plus much more
Experience and skills required;
- ERP system understanding & experience
- Good understanding of Excel
- Familiar with data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work both in a team environment and independently on projects
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Problem solving
- Time management skill
