Supertemps are seeking a Stock Controller to join our client’s busy operations team at their site near Caernarfon in a full-time temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidate!
As a Stock Controller you will be responsible for maintaining the stock integrity within the site, have an eye for detail and excellent IT and excel skills. Your key duties will include:
- Maintaining stock level data on Excel spreadsheets, producing reports and pivot tables
- Liaising with various internal departments, staff, and suppliers to ensure accuracy of received and despatched orders
- Receiving and recording deliveries of raw materials/goods in and goods out working with the Operations team
- Any additional responsibilities such as handovers, missing stock investigations, damage control and samples etc
We would love to see your CV if you have the following:
- Previous experience working in a similar stock taking role
- Strong IT skills proficient in MS office in particular Excel skills including able to produce spreadsheets, formulas, v-look ups and pivot tables
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments, raw materials handling, and lead times
- Strong communication skills
- Very detail orientated
- Competent in verbal and numerical reasoning
- The ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage but not essential
This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 8.30am – 5.00 with an asap start that could become permanent for the right candidate. In exchange you will receive a competitive salary of up to £29,000 per annum. Due to the location of the business the ability to drive and have your own vehicle would be an advantage.
