It’s not just managing stock in a brand new Depot, it’s being responsible for costs, compliance and making sure we deliver JOY to customers with remarkable brands and service.
What you’ll get up to
- You will have great communication skills liasing with Depot Management team to ensure stock levels are maintained without impacting on service level agreements to our customers.
- You will need excellent customer service skills to ensure proactive communication between all key stakeholders from Depot Manager to hospitality customers.
- You will also have experience of conducting stock investigations and detailed reconcilition reports.
- When things go wrong, ensure wastage and breakage trends are investigated and preventive measures are put in place to reduce stock losses.
What we look for in you
- Experience of Stock Integrity management in a fast pace and ever changing logisitcs or FMCG envirnoment.
- Hold exceptional customer service experience
- Must be flexible to work a varity of shift patterns to cover all Warehouse shift patterns
- Computer literate and comfortable with using Microsoft Excels/Databases
- Experience of Health & Saftey would be advantageous
