Stock Integrity Controller

It’s not just managing stock in a brand new Depot, it’s being responsible for costs, compliance and making sure we deliver JOY to customers with remarkable brands and service.

What you’ll get up to

• You will have great communication skills liaising with Depot Management team to ensure stock levels are maintained without impacting on service level agreements to our customers.
• You will spend your day working in the warehouse to check stock levels and in the office to ensure records are updated daily.
• You will need excellent customer service skills to ensure proactive communication between all key stakeholders from Depot Manager to hospitality customers.
• You will also have experience of conducting stock investigations and detailed reconciliation reports.
• When things go wrong, ensure wastage and breakage trends are investigated and preventive measures are put in place to reduce stock losses.

What we look for in you

• Experience of stock accuracy/integrity management in a fast pace and ever changing logistics or FMCG environment.
• Hold exceptional customer service experience
• Must be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns to cover all Warehouse shift patterns
• Computer literate and comfortable with using Microsoft Excels/Databases
• Experience of Health & Safety would be advantageous
