Job description

Reporting to the Operations Manager and Boutique Director, our Stock Managers lead our Stock Control team in what we call our ‘Heart of House’, managing the movement of supplies and product into, around and out of our boutiques. This is a hands-on role, where effective leadership, teamwork, communication and proactive flexibility are key.
This is a vital role within the organisation of the boutique, as it is a key contributor to its success.

  • Lead a team working in concert with all areas of the boutique, working flexibly and proactively in supporting our mission to create the most luxurious experiences for our clients
  • By cultivating engaged and trusted relationships across multiple levels and departments, you can not only proactively drive the smooth management of product and supplies around the business, but support overall business performance as well.
  • Utilise RFID to protect the brand product by reducing loss through shrinkage and discrepancies to below company standards thereby protecting the business financially
  • Develop and coach the stock team, as well as the wider boutique team members to not only drive performance but both professional and personal development
