• JOB TITLE: Stockbroking Financial Crime Analyst
• SALARY: £24,539
• LOCATION(S): Leeds, Wellington Place
• HOURS: Full-time (35 hours per week)
• WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week in the Leeds office
About this Opportunity
Are you ready to take on the challenge of investigating Financial Crime? As a Stockbroking Financial Crime Analyst, you will:
• Investigate customer accounts for concerns of Financial Crime and market abuse.
• Report suspicions to the relevant authority.
• Work in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
• Receive training to develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and processes - Take a risk-based approach as we are a highly audited function.
• Demonstrate a keen eye to detail and technical ability to analyse data including trading behaviours and produce MI using the relevant in-house applications.

What you’ll need
• Strong analytical skills which can be used when conducting investigations
• A positive approach to Customer Service is essential, with an excellent telephone manner as some interaction with customers will be required
• Capable of making the right judgement decisions to ensure the best customer outcomes
• Strong communication skills, and able to present information in a logical and structured way
• IT literate, comfortable with the use of keyboard and software applications and mail merge processes
• Able to use arithmetical/numerical skills to undertake a range of basic calculations to support customer enquiries.
And any experience of these would be really useful
• Maintain a positive outlook with a desire to succeed
• Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Ability to motivate self and others to achieve challenging goals
