Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately manage and organise all product samples.
- Implement and maintain a state-of-the-art barcoded scanning system.
- Coordinate all sample requests, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.
- Perform regular stock checks, manage stock replenishment, and rework samples to meet various requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and the Hong Kong office to maintain a fully stocked and organised sample room.

- Profound knowledge of the product portfolio and competent computer skills.
- Strong communication skills, well-organised, and capable of multitasking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
