Store Manager

Duties:
- Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store staff
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven sales management experience in a retail setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales goals
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Previous experience in retail management or leadership role preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable

Salary: £32,000.00-£44,454.71 per year
