The Store Manager role is a vital and integral part of our business. Our customers can count on you for valuable guidance as they seek to design the ideal home for themselves. You are an excellent listener who takes time to understand the needs of the customer and you will take a consultative approach to the sale, ensuring your customers leave having purchased the perfect product while experiencing an excellent customer journey. As an accomplished, motivational and inspirational manager you will be able to deliver a great team sales performance. You are a great people person who cares, nurtures and supports their team, someone who is able to lead by example displaying our values and behaviours. You will be an experienced Manager or Assistant Manager in retail sales, ideally furniture, although this is not essential.

Basic Salary: £32,500, realistic OTE £40k

Store Managers are required to work weekends, with 1 in 4 off.

Essential Skills

Motivational and inspirational manager who can deliver a great team sales performance an exceptional customer experience

Experienced people manager, who cares, nurtures, and supports their team

Hands-on manager who can lead by example and inspire a team.

Experienced sales professional in a Multi Million Pound turnover store.

Competent IT skills.
