Store Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Create and execute effective merchandising plans to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with the corporate office on marketing initiatives and promotions

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
