As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Create and execute effective merchandising plans to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with the corporate office on marketing initiatives and promotions
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
