Salary: £32,672 per annum + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 am to 6 pm Saturday: 8 am to 5 pm Sunday: 10 am to 4 pm
Working Schedule: 1 in 3 weekends and 5 days out of 7

Context of the Role:
The heartbeat of our client's operations is their flagship store. As the Store Manager, you'll be at the core of ensuring the company's profitability.
Your role is instrumental in driving continuous sales activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining top-tier organisational management.
Principle Objectives:
Your primary goal as the Store Manager is to develop and sustain activities that guarantee maximum profit and optimum customer service.
This involves achieving financial targets, ensuring compliance with operational and financial procedures, and identifying opportunities for increasing occupancy and revenue.
Main Duties:
- Develop and implement a Marketing Plan to achieve financial targets.
- Effectively manage and record all enquiries using CMS.
- Monitor and improve conversion rates and mystery shop scores through observation and coaching.
- Stay abreast of local market conditions using competitor surveys and customer feedback.
- Conduct quarterly Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and annual appraisals for the team.
- Ensure fair and approved rotas that suit the store's needs.
- Maintain company standards of housekeeping for a polished image.
- Account accurately for all monies received and paid from the Store.
- Fulfil managerial and monitoring duties associated with company compliance.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
