• A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a Store Manager to join the team in Dublin.
• This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious retail manager looking to take their next step with a unique and sophisticated menswear brand.
• In this challenging position, you'll play a key role in the smooth operation of our client's store.
• As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the retail store.
• Specifically, you'll seek to maximise sales and ensure that the highest levels of customer service are provided by effectively managing employees, stock and the visual presentation of the store.
• Leading and motivating your team, you'll encourage them to maintain the highest level of retail standards, as well as providing feedback and training to facilitate their development and growth.

You'll implement a clear sales strategy to achieve targets and increase sales, whilst aiming to improve brand awareness within the local environment. You'll recognise that ultimately the key to successful retailing is our client's customers and you will ensure the service offered is world class and that customers receive an in-store retail experience that is market-leading. Interested? To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Strong management level experience gained within the retail sector, ideally menswear
• A successful sales background
• Knowledge of the operational and commercial needs of a fashion retail store with an understanding of the strategic and commercial needs of a rapidly-developing brand
• An appreciation for quality men's tailoring and casual wear
