Sales Account Manager / Account Executive
Leeds, LS18 – Office-based Role

  • Full Time, Permanent
  • Basic Salary up to £30,000 per year + Unlimited Commission + Monthly Bonuses
  • Realistic OTE £45,000+ per annum
  • This is a sales role – you will not be placing or dealing with candidates

Central to our clients direct hiring campaigns is the digital job board advertising sales across all the major job boards, including Indeed, Reed, Total Jobs, Monster and many more.

We also provide extensive hiring support in the form of CV screening, shortlisting and even interviewing candidates. This means that our clients benefit from a professional, tech-based recruitment approach but without the recruitment agency price tag.

The role:

You will use your exceptional business development, sales & account management skills to:

  • Identify, source, qualify and close new business opportunities to expand our current markets.
  • Use your recruitment experience to provide an ongoing customer centric service.
  • Devise, negotiate and quote stellar deals that provide the greatest benefit to the client while maximising revenue.
  • Achieve targets consistently and thrive in a target-driven & team focused environment.
  • Build solid recruitment strategies with your accounts to ensure maximum revenue opportunities and long-term commitment.
  • Utilise the HubSpot database and in-house ATS   to stay organised, professional and focused.

You will not have to place candidates. You won’t even have to write adverts or post jobs online. We have a first-class operations team to take care of all that. They will provide all the support you’ll need to thrive.

You will be responsible for expanding into new markets.  Whilst you will be supported by our marketing department and provided with an excellent supply of leads, key to your role will be to secure and develop new business opportunities through your own initiative, skills, and expertise.

Earn commission on every campaign sold: You keep all your client accounts, ensuring you can build profitable relationships over the long term. 

What you will bring to the table:

  • Hungry, goal oriented and skilled in sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent at qualifying, identifying needs, presenting, and closing.
  • Confident and charismatic with a knack for rapport-building.
  • Understanding of recruitment, advertising or media sales.
  • Familiarity with job boards and online hiring solutions.
  • Dedicated to excellent customer service & relationship-building.
  • Effective at handling client requests and resolving issues.
