Location: Portsmouth/Hybrid
Hours: Monday to Friday, full time working hours.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary, plus uncapped commission.

As a Sales and Account Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Qualify inbound leads and sales enquires within a business-to-business environment.
- Self-generate leads through various sources.
- Be the friendly face that guides clients through the employment status maze.
- To meet with clients in person to generate business.
- Negotiate and look to close sales opportunities.
- To attend networking events
- To take clients out and host them.
- Account management.
- Provide consultative solutions to the problems our ideal clients face.
- Follow sales opportunities through to completion, from start to finish.
- Follow up on warm leads.
- To complete administration to support with the Sales and Account management of each client
- To manage client expectations in person via email and on the telephone
- Proactively contact prospect companies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI’s.
- Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure smooth on-boarding of new clients.
- Support with Marketing activity, both online and face-to-face.
- Sales Experience on a consultative level because you know relationships matter more than just closing deals.
- Have a fresh and innovative approach to sales.
- Proven success in sales position previously
- Proven relationship building skills, with both clients and colleagues.
- Experience in chairing video calls, such as MS Teams
- Tech-savvy and organized.
- The ability to work independently and make confident decisions.
- Strong initiative and an eye for detail because it's the little things that make a big difference.
- A proven record for working to and achieving KPI’s.
- The ability to manage a pipeline from start to finish.
- Comfort with recording videos for lead generation because you're not afraid to get creative and try new things.
