Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, inspire, and cultivate staff to realise their full potential.
- Conduct regular meetings with department leaders to discuss performance, align on business goals, and highlight focus areas.
- Effectively use manpower planning tools to ensure teams deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to adapt strategies to meet business needs.
- Liaise with department heads such as Stock & Logistics, Product Management, and Customer Service Management to address customer feedback, optimise stock replenishment, and review overall store progress.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven track record of managing a diverse team within a retail, customer service, and sales setting.
- Direct experience in managing at least six department managers.
- Managing turnovers upto £75 Million
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English across all levels of the organisation.
- A customer-first approach with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders both within and outside the company.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and effective both as a team member and leader.
