They are currently on the lookout for a Café Manager one of their central London locations.

• Confident in stock management budgeting and P&L control.
• Committed to training and developing a team.
• Maintain exceptional standards whilst providing quality food and an outstanding guest experience.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Passion for fantastic food and for leading an equally fantastical team.
• You will have total responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day management of your store.
• Always leading by example.
