- You will be a key holder,
- Driving sales and customer service,
- Training and development of staff,
- Supporting seasonal recruitment,
- Stock management,
- Conflict resolution skills,
- Inventory management,
- Retail operations,
- Assisting with merchandising and window displays,
- Maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
You will also play a crucial role in our sustainability efforts:
- Reduce electricity usage by turning off unused lights and electronic equipment.
- Encourage your team to bring reusable water bottles to work.
- Ensure the responsible use of water to minimise wastage.
- Implement our recycling processes in the store.

What are my hours?
This is a part-time 13.5 hour a week position as per the working hours and days set out below.
Tuesday- 12.30- 17.00
Wednesday- 12.30-17.00
Thursday- 12.30- 17.00
There is no weekend work required.
Holidays!
Holidays are taking out of term time and unusually for a retail business we close over the Christmas period!
What is my location?
You will be located within the grounds of Newcastle-Under-Lyme School with free on-site parking and reasonable public transport links.
When can I start?

Our team
You will be part of a larger pool of Store Managers who you can reach out to at any time. You will report directly to the Regional Manager and you will be supported by an Operational Manager who is your go to person for anything and everything. It will be like running your own little business but with all the support you need to ensure you flourish.
